Consider me your built-in wedding bestie, biggest cheerleader, detail keeper, timeline manager, and behind-the-scenes problem solver—the one who will most definitely tear up when you walk down the aisle. I started my career as a teacher, and the organization, patience, creativity, flexibility, and leadership that shaped me in the classroom have come with me into the wedding world. I’m an extrovert at heart, so getting to know my couples, connecting with their families, and bringing a vendor team together are some of my favorite parts of the job.
After coordinating weddings in-house for several venues, I created Abby Medva Weddings & Events to work even more closely with couples throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. I love hearing what matters most to you and bringing together the little details that make your wedding feel like you. My goal is to handle everything behind the scenes so you can feel confident, be fully present, and enjoy every moment of your day.

When we unexpectedly had to switch venues four months before our wedding, she made the entire transition feel completely seamless and immediately jumped in to help us with our new venue. She went above and beyond every step of the way. From creating detailed 3D layouts of our ceremony and reception spaces to coordinating with all of our vendors. Multiple vendors even told us that the timeline she created was one of the most detailed they had ever seen.
